  33. Observed at station 50.7 NLat, 7.1 ELon, OCT 23, 1994

  36. NOAA-10:     APT 137.50 On
  37. NOAA-11:     APT 137.62 Burst On, no AVHRR
  38. NOAA-12:     APT 137.50 On
  39. Meteor 3-5:  APT 137.85 On
  40. Okean 7-1    APT 137.40 Sometimes On

  42. NOAA-11 imaging is dead. Okean 1-7 started APT during
  43. rev. #176 over the Black See at 13h 11min 10sec UT ascending.
  44. I copied a very dark vis-image 240 lpm from a max elevation
  45. of 12 deg, this showed the spacecraft clock was working at
  46. 973 mins after midnight moscow-time = 16h13mins Moscow-time
  47. = 13.13 UT. During next rev #177 APT was OFF.
  48. I wonder if the satellite is ever active over the US,
  49. please mail your observations.
